Instructions

  • In a large paella pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  • Cook until the onion and garlic are soft.
  • Cook for 5 minutes after adding the bell peppers.
  • Stir in the rice until it is evenly coated with oil.
  • Bring the wine, broth, and saffron to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover, and leave to cook for 15 minutes.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the clams, oysters, and peas have opened, about 5 minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
