Penne Pasta with Tuna and Parsley Recipe

  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook penne pasta until al dente.
  • Set aside after draining.
  • Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook until the garlic and red pepper flakes are fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Cook until the tuna is heated through, about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Toss together the cooked penne pasta and parsley in the skillet.
  • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
  • To taste, season with salt and black pepper.
  • Serve immediately.
