Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Season the fillets of sea bass with salt and pepper.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil sauté onion and garlic in a pan until soft.
  • Cook for 5 minutes after adding the sliced bell peppers.
