Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a roasting pan, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, in a preheated oven.
  • Season the tuna fillets and shrimp with salt, pepper, and rosemary while the potatoes roast.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the tuna fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through, in a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Set aside after removing from the pan.
  • Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the same skillet and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  • Enjoy the tuna fish fillets and shrimp with roasted potatoes.
