Salmon Fillet with Linguine, Rosemary and Cauliflower Recipe

The flavors of salmon, rosemary, and cauliflower are combined with the texture of linguine to create a delicious and nutritious meal.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
  • Total Time: 35 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper season the salmon fillet.
  • Bake the salmon fillet for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Linguine should be cooked according to package directions.
  • Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat while the linguine cooks.
  • Sauté the garlic and rosemary in the skillet for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
  • Season the cauliflower florets in the skillet with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
  • Drain the linguine and add it to the skillet with the cauliflower when it's done.
  • To combine the linguine and cauliflower, toss them together.
  • Place the linguine and cauliflower on a plate and top with the salmon fillet.
