Instructions

  • Cook the diced potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, or until tender, while the salmon bakes.
  • After draining the water, add the milk and butter.
  • Mash the potatoes until they are smooth.
  • Serve the salmon fillets with mashed potatoes on the side.
