Lobster Eggs Benedict Recipe

Lobster eggs benedict is a luxurious take on a classic breakfast dish that is ideal for a special occasion or a fancy weekend brunch. This dish is elevated to new levels of decadence by the combination of rich hollandaise sauce and succulent lobster meat.

Instructions

  • A large pot of water should be brought to a boil.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster tails are fully cooked.
  • Remove the lobster tails from the pot and place them on a cooling rack to cool.
  • Bring water to a gentle simmer in a separate pot.
  • To the water, add white vinegar.
  • Separate the eggs into individual cups.
  • Pour the eggs, one at a time, into the simmering water.
  • Cook for 3 minutes, or until the whites are firm but the yolks are runny.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Combine the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper in a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Slowly pour the melted butter into the egg mixture while the blender is running on low speed.
  • Blend the sauce until it is thick and creamy.
  • Place a split and toasted English muffin on each plate to serve the eggs benedict.
  • Place a piece of lobster tail on top of each half.
  • Top each lobster tail with a poached egg.
  • Distribute the hollandaise sauce over the eggs.
  • Serve right away and enjoy.
